APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING
RCD, inc. apprenticeship training is provided by Associated
Builders and Contractors (ABC) Association with classes in
Chantilly, VA and Independent Electrical Contractor's (IEC)
Association with classes in Martinsburg, WV

EDUCATION AND TRAINING
RCD, inc. will, at its discretion, reimburse employees up to 100% for courses and seminars targeting work or development related skills. Reimbursement will be based upon the employee completing the course or program and their level of achievement. All courses must be work related and approved in advance by Human Resources.

DRUG FREE WORKPLACE
RCD, inc. is entrusted to protecting the safety, health and well-being of our employees and all people who come into contact with our workplace(s), property, and/or use our services. Recognizing that drug and alcohol abuse poses a direct and significant threat to this goal, we are committed to assuring a drug-free working environment for all of our employees. All offers of employment are conditioned upon the passing of a pre-employment drug test. If a result is positive, the applicant will be denied employment.
